While Gramma & I prepared our Thanksgiving dinner, the girls watched (danced, and marched along with) the Macy's Parade on TV. It got kind of quiet, and as I came around the corner, E was dilligently arranging several pillows, dolls, and newspapers on the living room floor.
"What are you doing?!"
"I'm making a float!"
Here they are, waving to the crowd, full of adoring fans, I'm sure.
"Elbow, elbow, wrist, wrist, wrist, stroke the pearls, and blow a kiss!"

my sister Kirsten was the imaginative one when it came to stuff like that. I always felt like such a failure as a big sister for not having the creative thought processes like she had...it sure brings me back tho to see those pictures!
